Hyatt Transactional Email: Before & After
This email was the first email Trendline designed for Hyatt, and therefore sort of acted as a master style template for a number of other emails. I was main designer on the team for this campaign and went through several rounds of design with my creative director. The email series focuses on mobile transactions that make the customer’s stay at Hyatt easier and accessible without having to go to the front desk.
