Transactional Email Re-Design
This first project is a re-design of the standard transactional email that gets sent when a reservation is booked. The re-design utilized a single column modular layout with an attention to hierarchy of information.
This project is a series of re-engagement emails for email subscribers that had not opened Hyatt's emails recently. I used stock imagery to create interest, collaborated with a copywriter, and featured multiple different points of engagement, such as a discount code or modules featuring social channels.
